The challenge

A multi-vendor marketplace needed an architecture that could support 50+ designers, complex order routing, and a premium shopping experience — while cutting the cost of expensive vendor-management apps.

What we built

  • Shopify store architecture and theme supporting 50+ unique designer micro-stores.
  • A custom Laravel order-management app on Heroku — dropship purchasing, shipping labels, and fulfillment in one dashboard — replacing Jetti/Onport.
  • Admin API, webhook-based sync, and metafield management for seamless automation.
